With this super easy recipe, you can make 10 delicious vanilla cupcakes in just 30 minutes.
All we need to remember is to have the same amounts of 4 main ingredients. So to start, I weighed the eggs first, then used the same amount of butter, sugar and flour.
To be precise, here is the ingredient list:
• 2 large eggs ~ 120g
• 120g all-purpose flour
• 120g softened butter
• 120g powdered sugar (reduce to 80g-100g if you like not too sweet cupcakes)
• 1 Tsp vanilla extract
• 1 Tsp baking powder
• ½ Tsp salt
• 60ml milk (1/2 amount of eggs)
• 1 Tbsp lime juice
