Easy Way To Make Aloo Paratha | No Dough, No Rolling | Liquid Dough Aloo Paratha Recipe
INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
1 Boiled Potato
1 Tbsp Onion
½ Tsp Chilli Flakes
½ Tsp Salt
½ Tsp Chilli Powder
½ Tsp Garlic
1 Cup Flour
1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
1 & 1/3 Cup Water
Mix Well
Grease Oil in a Pan
Pour Batter
Cook For 1 Min.
Flip
Cook Both Sides Well

It’s Maida or all purpose flour, you can use wheat flour too

Ok, so it's not a paratha. It's a pancake. And no, it's not a dosa either. Maybe try sweet potato instead, more nutritious than potato.
