here’s is a simple method for you to achieve that creamy and melt in mouth buttercream. tastes just like icecream and a perfect substitute for whipped frosting.
Recipe:
icing sugar 500g
vegetable shortening 250g
milk flavor 1 teaspoon (very important)
1/2 teaspoon of salt
half cup warm water.
this recipe will cover an 8 inche one layer cake. you can always double the recipe.
