Easy Wonton Soup, Shanghai Style (上海馄饨汤)

Күн бұрынShanghai Wonton Soup is easy to make at home if you already have wontons. Dried shrimp and seaweed adds depth and unique flavor to the soup. Traditionally it's made with bone soup but I substituted with chicken stock. Enjoy!

green onions
cilantro (optional)
sesame oil

My mom likes using soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil as soup base & taste delic too. Chicken stock good also. Yum. 😎

Hi Ling. I'm not much into soups but the recipe looks nice. Still have plenty of leftover vegetables I bought at the Chinese grocery store just outside of Toronto. Plan to do lots of recipes with it.

I'm much for seaweed because I think it taste terrible. However, I substitute Bok Choy and and fresh shrimp and it is great.
