Just buy a DIY power bank case and put in those 18650 batteries, dont even need soldering. Much easier and cheaper too

This is not 15000 mah.. You connect the cells in series not In parrallel.. In series connection only boost voltage 4.2+4.2 = 8.4 volt ampere still 2500 You added 2+2 cells in parrallel then the capacity of this battery pack is only 7500 mAh

what is the capacity of your power bank? and how many volts is the output with ur qc power bank board? also how many amps can this power bank with different qc board at 12v can this bank out put? at last what is recommended amps we can pull from this cell combination? at 12v?

3s 2p connection = u can get 4 amps or 4000 mah for this build just search for qc3 buck for max current amps. by the way this board is a real fast charging board.

Yo, how can this power bank get charged back? By plugging directly a 12 v DC in the socket? But it wnt charge 100% as the total 3s bms is 12.6v and the adaptor will just supply 12v dc right?

Yes. You can charged 75% by 12v adaptor
