Being “poor” has its blessings, too. I grew up in a lower income house, and I didn’t have all the weight problems because we didn’t eat junk food. Being “poor” doesn’t grant you a lot of friends, but those you do have are true friends. Money creates a facade of happiness and popularity, but it all hinges on the money…as does a load of new problems. When the money disappears, so do the “friends”. But now you even have bigger problems. Count how many serious relationships split up when they suddenly get a bunch of cash. You’d think they’d be happier, but instead, they fight over how to spend it. They have options now. They have money to do things with, and those things aren’t always healthy. They find different friends. When you’re “poor”, you’re more likely to stick with each other. Yes, there is the crime, which makes the money attractive. Yes, there’s the lack of proper healthcare. I’m not saying it’s all fun and games, but you learn to appreciate the little things, and are more companionate toward others.

Love it, i had heart disease my specialist advice me 2 yers ago he said that im 55 years old but my poor old heart is like and an elderly person that make me nervous but i quickly did some little research wat kind of food i need to eat so i chose the cucumber, mint, half glass of water, ginger and some spinach blend then together and drink on empty stomach i did it for 6 month i went back to see my specialist they have to do the test by put this stuff through my groin to get to my heart to check if i will go ahead for my heart operation, but they find i didn't need to go ahead with my operation wat a blessing, because this is wat i live on for 6 month, before i starte i weigh 98 kg and my weight went down to 82 kg but at the same time tried and avoid sugary food so thats my stories for eating cucumber yes i agree to this ad, hope my story will help someone, but not everyone is the same condition but give it try thanku

I love cucumbers. I know that many people put slices of cukes on their eyelids to decrease puffiness. Also, I know they are great due to the high water content and vitamin K, but I'm just now learning more about all of the other major health and beauty benefits. I ate a lot of cucumbers while on the Keto diet and lost 42 lbs in 6 weeks. I admit that I gained some of the weight back, but that was due to some other factors that were my fault. I went back on a healthy eating regimen almost 3 weeks ago and have now lost 16 lbs and I always put cucumbers in my salads. I also love cuke slices with rice wine vinegar with a savory meat for dinner or lunch. I just bought some cukes today. Thank you for this very helpful video.

I love cucumbers too. I like to slice them up and put in a pitcher of water with some fresh squeezed lemon juice. It’s very refreshing during hot summer days. I prepare it the night before and let it get cold in the refrigerator.

Amazing !👍 I sometimes disregard this fruit but has been proven to be beneficial to our health.😋 I used to buy this..at least 4 pcs a week ..I really wanna consume daily just like what I did with Turmeric, Honey, Apple Cider Vinegar, Virgin Cocunot Oil.😋💢I'll make a salad out of this precious fruit from now on since this widely grown & super abundant in my country Ph.🇵🇭🤸🏖️ .
