First pizza: the dough is terrible, the basil is burnt and the mozzarella is reduced to molecules. Second pizza... it's not a pizza, it's a focaccia with a very heavy structure. In Italy they would have sent them back to the kitchen. I am Italian...

@@Alberto-tl5zc well sir The molecules of cheese is Buffalo mozzarella cheese curd made in house at best pizza The dough was perfectly airy and crispy Basil was perfect Second pie is a Utica New York staple That’s not foraccia it’s a dough made in a square / Sicilian style shell built upside down. I am Italian.
