Gemüsesuppe ist gesund und lecker; ich koche dies auch manchmal. Das Flüssige hat man dann auch; wir sollten ja täglich 1 1/2 - 2 Lt. Wasser trinken ! Alles Gute und bleibt gesund.liebe Grüße Claudia
