for snow crab legs, I use a fork and run it up 1 side. they are so soft they split open easily.

if you over-cook crab it has the tendency to pull apart too easy and stick in the shell..

In summer you should travel to Rhode Island they have a food place called iggys.. they gave clam showder, clam cakes and dough boys the best in New england. You can even travel on the ferry to block island its a small island par of RI. Its beautiful. The beach is beautiful as well. It in Narraganset RI.

She should've hired a food prepper to clean the crabs and shell everything to pure meat. That doesn't look like its worth $300 though. Maybe $120 at most. She got ripped off

It's a lighter meal because you don't get a lot of the crab meat. Just ask them to please Crack it down the middle or for a pair of sharp scissors. You can always bring your own scissors!! There are KZfaq videos on how to get most of the meat from snow crabs or ask your Dad🤷🏾‍♀️. I still love you & enjoy🙏🏾💕

You know, I was thinking 300 bucks for seafood was a lot until I remembered I spent about that much at a wholesale place for seafood for me to make 2 full means for myself. Seafood is expensive.
