you can still buy dried egg powder to make scrambled eggs, but it's usually not in a can, just in sealable bags. it's useful for camping trips and crisis situations.

Just for future reference when mixing dry ingredients with water, put just a little bit of water in mix and repeat until its in a paste then add more water and mix until smooth the add the rest of the water. And you will not have any lumps, you can do coco and sugar the same way with milk to make chocolate milk.

Just a cooking tip, order is important! It says to add waters slowly to the eggs, vs what you did with adding the eggs slowly to water. In the opposite way, it's like making bread, you start off with the flour, and you slowly add water, mixing to get a smooth consistency. If you do it in the other direction, adding flour to water, you end up with lumps as it doesn't incorporate properly.

Everyone’s worried about the pan, and here I am worried for the man’s health. Non-stick coatings are incredibly toxic to the body, specifically the endocrine system. I’d never ever use cookware that isn’t from natural materials after learning just how bad this stuff is.
