Maybe it depends where it is? She lives in southern California and so do I, and I have these items at my .99 cent store, but I don't know about he dairy free you hurt bc I've never looked for it, but I've seen cashew milk lol

Only Cali has 99cent only stores, they used to be 100% 99 cents but now they charge more. It’s a complete different company than dollar tree.

My local 99 cent store sells things like cauliflower rice, go veggie cheeses ( grated Parmesan, cheddar , mozzarella ) Califia Yogurt, & milk sometimes And none of it expires till 6+ months and they’re always $1 lol

It depend if you go to an “independent” 99 then they mainly sell cheap stuff but if you go to a company like the one with the purple logo like the brand that was on the prices then they offer more stuff such as produce

a little tip: if you have avocados that you need to ripen super fast put them in a paper bag with a ripe banana and leave it over night and they will ripen :)

For the non ripe avocados, just throw them in a paper bag and put it on the counter, it will ripe them faster. 😁 I loved this video!

Excellent video. In the Poundland and similar stores in the UK I find that it's mainly processed junk food so I try to avoid the food because I want to focus on WFPB.

Tip only by jar or tubed tomatoes and tomato products bacause plastic and canned products all have BPA only. Recently found this out!!!!

It might not be the best budget video, but many people live in areas that don't have any good grocery stores. If you live close to these types of stores it's good to know what you can get without driving or taking the bus long distances.

My 99 cent store is super good. They have vegan "meat", vegan cheese, and a bunch of good products marked down super cheap. I love their veggie spring rolls too😋

My 99 Cent store offers a good supply of food, just not as big as yours, so lucky. You’re right about buying in bulk, but I still drop by from time to time to pick up some fruit or veggies.

Just a quick thing so everybody knows most states have a store that is either a 99 cent store or it may be called something else. These stores will sell the produce that big stores don’t want to sell whether it’s because of quality or even because one tomatoes for an example in the bag went bad. These stores are a great option for healthy meals when you are on a budget. So as long as the produce is still in date it is safe.

My Dollar store don't have any of that. I looked there to see what I could live off of for a day can you live off of barbecue chips and Oreos that's really the only thing they had. Lol I guess maybe beans!
