sir ji, if you bring camera and mike, restaurant will try to serve you quickly and it will try to give you good food. As your review means a lot as your videos watched by many. If you want to do a correct judgement of a place, try not to make recording obvious, try to do it little secretly so that staff do not get to know about your recordings. So they can treat you like a normal customer
