Today’s video takes us to the West Park Plaza in Bradford, Ontario Canada or as many of us like to call it… the Beer Store Plaza.
Today I’m going to try and eat at as many restaurants as I can for the whole day.
This plaza has over 24 restaurants to choose from like Tim Hortons, Mary Browns, Hero Certified Burgers, Akita Sushi, Poleiro BBQ and many many more.
I’m going to buy a few of my favourite menu items and also try a few new menu items that I’ve never tried before.

To make the cannoli shells you roll your dough into small circles, wrap them around a Metal cannoli tube then deep fry them.

Well, I'm Sicilian and that's where cannoli is from. Cannoli actually means "little tube" in Sicilian. They're deep fried tubes made with flour, egg whites, salt, sugar, butter and white wine, and filled with a sweet creamy mix of ricotta cheese, sugar, cinnamon, allspice, heavy cream and chocolate chips. My Nonna made dozens of these every month, taught all of us grandkids how to make them. I didn't see any chocolate chips in yours, just the drizzling of chocolate sauce on it. We were taught to eat them, beginning at an end, then, the other end, so that the pastry didn't break and the cream out all over the place. Hehehe

That looks like a really neat plaza with all of those different choices there! Nice of the Poleiro place to hook you up like that! Got to propose again the frugality challenge -- go to several different places and try to get a main plus a drink (and a side if you can fit it!) for $5 or $6 per-place. Let's see how far you can stretch that dollar!

Mmmm. Cannolis! There is a local mom and pop Italian grocery store here in Pittsburgh that sells them. Sadly the 90 year old lady who started making them many years ago passed away, but they are still making them. They are filled with a sweetened ricotta cheese blend.

Moto Thumper you’re the dummy though 😂 Tim hortons has a back to the basics promotion where they improved the English muffins and bacon on the breakfast sandwiches, funny thing is they didn’t even toast it and still used the cheap bacon 😂, you shouldn’t call people dumb when you don’t even know what you’re talking about, and to top it off most fast food places in Ontario have workers who barley speak English.

The red dragon roll is called that because it has the salmon on top of it but when you get the avocado on top instead its called a green dragon roll and then there's the white dragon roll with the white fish on top, rainbow dragon roll, etc...

Awesome video Ken. The Portugese food looked especially good. Antonio is excited about his food i love that. One side note with the sushi meal, that is NOT wasabi. They colour their horseraddish, real wasabi is way to expensive for a normal sushi place. Thanks for making me happy with your videos :)

The long one is a cream horn. The cannoli has ricotta cream filling traditionally.

Cannoli's are made by taking cannot dough cutting in a circle, wrapping it around a cannoli roll (stainless steel) and deep fried. While the shell of the cannot is cooling, you make cannot cream. Then the cannot cream is "piped" inside the shell carefully.then traditionally topped with pistachios on either end, sprinkled with powdered sugar and drizzled with a bit of chocolate. No chocolate during Lent.

Cannoli are a deep fried shell. What it's filled with can vary by bakery. True traditionalist cannoli are filled with a ricotta based cannoli cream. Others use a half & half based cream. They normally have chocolate chips inside and the ends are covered with nuts, or some chocolate chips depending.
