The bread that was with the naan is called paratha(parathey is the plural word). It’s a multi-layered roti(Indian version of flour tortilla) that’s made with clarified butter in between the layers and then fried with some more ghee on a cast iron pan.

Here in India ramen is one of the most expensive packaged noodles sadly, cos most of them are imported. The locally made noodles (Maggie n knorr) are shyt and nothing compared to ramen so in a way you are better off than me lmao ... Chin up!

Hey Quang! That deep fried nan is called Parantha. It has multiple layers and it increases the taste of anything eaten with it. Super pumped for the paratha with Chicken curry.

Greetings from Pakistan! That other type of naan is called a Paratha. It is a flat chappatti with a little sizzle in oil or ghee.

Oh man, I was just looking up food in Edmonton, for when I go there soon and then realised that’s where your videos mostly are! I’ll be heading to this place :D By the way, sometime you need to try and get to Vit Beo in Toronto and just order the menu... every plate they knock out is like a power punch of flavour :)

Ramit emma Asol I bake alot and travel too much. I get depressed for many reasons. that's just the reason this time. I suffered with depression since I was a teenager.
