Beef wellington is a traditional English dish. Often made for dinner parties and special events. There are other British chefs who make a great beef wellington. Usually made with beef fillet. Check out Jamie Oliver or James Martin's version.

I've always wanted to try Beef Welllington ever since I started watching Hell's Kitchen. Floyd has done this justice because it looks absolutely delicious and it would be perfect for the Holiday because sometimes I get tired of the traditional. I had the beef wellington at one of Gordan Ramsey's restaurants in Las Vegas and was so excited to try it. When I ordered my meal and tried it, it was so gross that I couldn't take another bite. There was a lady that sat next to us who ordered the same meal as I did and she was also done after her first bite. I was so disappointed considering the meal was $90.
