@@robertguerra1831 in all honesty, the army isn’t a bad place, you’re going to meet a lot of nice people that’ll help you, don’t listen to those videos showing the army as only a stressful environment with people screaming at you all the time, your battle buddies are there to help you, not put you down (unless it’s for promotion points, then it turns into a Free-for-all lobby from COD XD) yes, Basic training is stressful and kinda depressing, but that’s necessary for you to understand the kind of job you signed up for, I’m a 92F (my job), if you want to know what that stands for, it means that I’m a fueler, I transport, take care of and maintain all the different types of fuel that the army uses, honestly if you’re interested in joining the army in general, talk to your local recruiter, they’ll tell you everything you need to know, DONT BE AFRAID TO ASK QUESTIONS, hope I was able to help a bit

Being obese is terrible. When I came back home from uni bc of covid, I was pretty muscular and in good shape. Then, I started eating a lot and stopped working out, and I gained 40 pounds in 7 months. I couldn't do the things I enjoyed, like hiking, climbing up my old high school's buildings, boxing, etc. My confidence was low, and I started becoming depressed. Then in November, I had enough of moping around and started to work out and eat healthy again. It has helped me so much, and I feel way better, more confident, more productive, etc. Fitness is something that helps you overall, not just physically.

I walked for about 2 hrs per day for 2 month with a normal, not healthy, like fast food stuff with salads, vegetables, fruits, red meat etc. I went form 100 kg to 85kg. Now I am 90kg with moderate athletic body. Losing weight is very tough at the start but when you get on track, everything just fits into place . Edit: You must do a small exercise routine everyday, like every day. With 1 or 2 break days/ week.
