Also in some parts of the Philippines where you can find people without T-shirts, it's common here just because of the hot weather, for me it's no problem it is fully understandable. Some names came from their Parents or Relatives.. I do understand what Sergei, mean when he is not wearing t-shirt because it is really hot here in the Philippines.. Just tell him to wear at least Sleeveless everyday if he doesn’t want to wear a shirt.. You won’t feel hot that much because it feels refreshing or we call it here “Presko”..
