10:38 Hii I'm from Mexico and those are called cueritos. They're made of pork skin basically, they're a popular topping for what I used to call "Dori locos" and they have a very fun texture but they don't really have much taste, I ate them a lot growing up!! Also, the cactus is actually called "nopal" here in Mexico.

@@lum3336 Nope, jicama is sort of like a potato, but it's considered a snack here. It's sweet and juicy and it's often eaten with lime and salt.

If you ever travel down to the Southern US, like Alabama, Florida, Georgia, there is a restaurant called Baumhowers. They make some great burgers and have a great atmosphere! I would totally recommend. Your content always has great commentary and always makes me hungry!
