Күн бұрынOur time in Malawi is nearly over. What a lovely gesture from the local staff to invite me for lunch and to share the experience they have most days. Nsima is their staple meal here in Malawi a very bland doughy ground maize. Always eaten with a relish. wow -- lovely. Fascinating. Kindly host and sweet people. Thanks -- But I don't understand that painfully awkward way of eating mush and beans with the hands -- looks difficult, messy and inefficient. I hope those guys go home and eat with (at least home-made) spoons.

It’s tugging on my heart strings, what you are doing restores some faith in humanity in my eyes the amount of hate, war, terrorism in this world at this day in age is very very sad and to see the harmony and smiles between to different cultures also from different ways of life embrace each other. That’s what life should be all about.. here’s to fulfilling dreams and unity mate 🙏🏼 they wil never forget u and lizzy trust me
