Fasting is super good for your body! I've been doing 18- 21 hour fasts everyday and eating low carb no sugar and have lost 33 pounds in a month! I still eat food and enjoy healthier versions of my fav foods, it's worth it! No bloating, and feeling sick after eating greasy meals.

I love your content 🥹 but for the longevity of mochi please stop feeding her huge chunks of human food like that! I’m not saying I don’t give my dog human food occasionally, but in large chunks like that is bad and especially since you said she was sick. I hope she gets better soon 💕 also fasting is not good for certain people and cause actually cause more weight gain 💔 but I hope it works for you 🥰

People see things enough on the internet and start to believe it without research. Fasting is definitely not for everyone. Depends on health issues, diet, lifestyle, and exercise habits. And depending on where you are in weight training, it can actually work against you if not done correctly. But yeah, it does help a lot of people. 🤷‍♀️

Also Julie brain doesn't stop developing at 25! We gain and prune synapses all throughout our life, although most synaptogenesis occurs as a child. If brain stopped developing we wouldn't be able to learn anything new.

Our brain doesnt stop developing at the age of 25. Thats what they thought in the early days.. but today we know that we can change our brain and wire it differently until we die. Search for neuroplasticity if you are interested in this.
