@CharlotteHarborFisherman I have a Traeger smoker. It's there midline brand. I think it was $500 for it. It's a pellet smoker. I had a old school smoker with the side box for full pieces of wood. Just rotted on me. So got the Traeger. Tons of different kinds, and style. You can even smoke in a green egg. Just to pricey for me. Keep up the great content. Fantastic Video- that’s how my son and I survived when I lost my job - hit the pinellas waters with an 8’ cast net - pulled a John boat behind my ford escort until the rear struts gave out 😜 they wouldn’t give us food stamps because I worked day labor - government is f’d up
