It all depends how willing Viking is to provide access to their molds. A company like Metan could easily pull this off if they could produce sub-assemblies from the original molds. Viking is a fantastic builder.

Nice Snook video, and good theory! One of the reasons the Spooltek was invented was to get the weight away from the hook to eliminate that leverage you referred to. Great content as always!

@@CharlotteHarborFisherman Brian, Do you think there is a big difference between the Z-Man 3.5" Pearl White Paddle Tail and the Pearl Lil John?
@CharlotteHarborFisherman8 күн бұрын
@@snookguy4122 yes I’d use the paddle tail early morning and then switch to the lil John. Either watermelon or the white. The lil John gets down deeper and gets more of a reactionary strike. Takes a little time to learn it but once you do it’s killer. Try one all day for a few trips and see what you think.
@CharlotteHarborFisherman8 күн бұрын
Also, the little John color I’m using is not pearl it’s white and it glows in the dark so I think it might show a little better in the darker deeper water that color and then the darker watermelon is all you need.

My thoughts are snook have a very thin skin in there mouth between lower and upper jaw, when we hook up on that skin , it rips that skin making a large hole for hook too dislodge. love your vids man.
@CharlotteHarborFisherman8 күн бұрын
I appreciate that and I agree about the soft mouth. I caught a little snook with a tear in his mouth, and when I stuck my hand in there to lip him, my thumb poked through his bottom jaw.
