Today I'm in Krakow to try some of Poland's best cuisine. The restaurant is called and it's one of Krakow's top rated. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with many tables located in the 13th century stone cellar. They have a tradition stone oven with grill. Where many of the special grilled meats are prepared. They offer dishes like cooked duck, bigos with 9 different meats, wild boar and deer meat stew to name a few. I opted for the wild boar steak, it was a very large steak and covered in what looked to be capers. They turned out to be small peppers, the plate also included wild mushrooms, potatoes and red cabbage. I also tried a very nice glass of Polish wine.
