Returns are inevitable, i sent wrong item last week luckily i was able to fix it. And had 1 item i missplaced and found the day after i cancelled it. So yup these things happen as its business. All you can do is minimize everything by organizing and having a category listing system.

it is worth the extra time to do a video. There about 5% to 20 % fraudulent returns or customers asking for their money back on eBay because they wanted something for free or it wasn't what they were expecting. Make sure you test everything and the items you are selling are actually working. I was selling clothing and shoes on eBay. We bought my adult son a used play station controller. It took us 3 weeks to realize the charging port on the controller was only half working. I had to return the controller. The return rate and theft is really high right now because the economy sucks. Ebay lets the customers get away with a lot because of their guarantee policy and item not as described policy.
