I receive my today in the mail . I like the bag a lot more than the vertex socp. But I was let down completely because the belt is not that long . Doest not work as a sling bag . Wish belt be longer . Unfortunately can not use it . Wish they could create a solution because really love this bag .

I agree. I got this and the vertx, the vertx has a plenty long sling but I prefer the eberlestock bag better

Try the 5.11 Skyweight utility chest bag. I removed the chest harness and attached a waist stabilizer strap I got from Hill People Gear. Alpaka also makes the Pro Strap that would attach as well.
