Күн бұрынIn this video, I show off the Echo Park skatepark. Just across from the Echo Park Lake, in Los Angeles. This park was opened in 2020, and is the perfect place for a chill session. I'm also coming back from a bout with Covid. So, I'll go into a bit of my process for returning from injuries and illnesses. Thank you for watching!

Good to hear you are doing better and getting healthy. Being sick and not being able to skate sucks. feel better king. youll be back to normal t sooner than you know it. Make sure ur maxing out ur time in the sun, eating raw vegtables, no seed oils, and cold showers your immune systems will be cranked up big time

Hi norman, Im a 1 month beginner skateboarder and I watched your video about why beginners should tighten their trucks, how many threads should be showing before its considered too tight or too loose (also I heard that tightening your trucks can make your board easier to snap is this true, and im 180 pounds, thanks).
