21:32 I differ from this view. I will give example, The quality of a Engineer from engineering student should be determined only after given training. Even though you are not capable(this applies to all graduates) when you are graduated, a Engineering graduate picks up the speed after gaining some experience. This is because the gap between the requirement of industry and education system. As a industrialist or allumini of a college have to spend their part of life to give back to society. Even I am trying this by educating the freshers in my company more and not worrying he will go to other company after my training. Hope he will educate his subbordinate in future. The Industries should not train the engineering graduates/diploma engineers after they graduated. This should be part of their studies and how the theory related to practical which will save the corporates or manufacturing or construction or any industry their indirect cost and money. this kind of social responsibility should come from profit making companies. Also have to note there are socially irresponsible companies in TN like TVS, Murugappa group etc, even today/ till date it doesn't have appointed a lower caste person in middle or top management even in this socially reformed state.

Jayarajan is completely wrong. China: A country with huge population like India became developed because of manufacturing. Israel: A knowledge based economy, its population is 4 million and GDP is 400 billion dollars. Tamil nadu population is 68 million, GDP is 325 billion. This guy says we should not go behind manufacturing and become a knowledge based economy to become a 1 trillion economy.
