A lot of people swear by roborocks apparently, but the lack of a self-empty bin is a deal breaker for me. Plus the T8+ (with self-empty bin included) was much cheaper (I found it for $450 USD, which is good for where I live), so it was an easy decision overall.

I think I found what i was looking for in your video, wires detection and avoidance. Does it always detects wires? I’m also wondering how it detects small toys laying on a floor.

How the "mapping/reset map issues" on T8? Is the issues fixed? Or any software issues so far?

How well does the ozmo t8 pick up vs the s6maxv? It has less power but does that effect performance?

with the latest software updates, has the Roborock gotten better at avoiding cables and making a better map?

You can divide the room yourself on the roborock.. i am using s5 max, wire tangling is definitely an issue, i have to make my house wire-on-the-floor free just because of this.. sad to see they didnt fix that even with the 2 new camera on s6 maxv.. despite that, im sticking with roborock for the xiaomi ecosystem..

How do you integrate your S5 max with the rest of Xiaomi gadgets? I can't think of any that's why I went for Ecovac T9.

@@aston68a i am using mi home app which combine all my mi appliance control.. i dont speaks for others since i never use other but as for me it is a neat and simple app, very easy to use, controlling my s5 max, 2 mi air purifier, wifi extender, 2 ceiling led lights, and 2 wireless camera.. planning to add more in future such as wireless switch and probably my front door locks.. just make sure you buy everything on the same region usage, dont buy one in for global region and another for china region, thats gonna cause u some trouble setting it up..

I have the Deebot T8 AIVI with the Auto-Empty bin system, The T8 AIVI is the best vacuum on the market.

Many is complaining about mapping and app issues, my place is 300 sq m and the last thing i want is mapping issue. r they wrong?

@@moaths3898 Maybe a new update helped with mapping issues, I had mine for alittle over 1 month and haven't had any problems
