The Ecovacs TEO from Costco is the Ecovacs T20 Omni everywhere else. I bought the TEO, and I was so happy with it that I purchased a unit for my parents as an early Christmas present. Except for having to reset the app often, I highly recommend the Ecovacs TEO Omni.

Thanks for the video. I just purchased one from Costco since it was on sale for Black Friday (pretty sure this model is exclusive to Costco as well). I've only used it a few times but I'm impressed with the mopping feature. I used to use the double clean option but it's doing a decent job with the single pass. I'm not sure it's worth its retail value but if you can get it for under $1000 it's definitely worth it.

How do it keep the mop wet while cleaning. Does it got any internal water storage inside the vacuum itself?

It goes back to the station to re wet the mop heads. No internal water storage in the actual vacuum.

I haven’t ordered any yet but I found this set on Amazon that I will probably try. I’m sure they have them on the Ecovacs website as well but they are probably more expensive. amzn.to/47AQppC

So I'm really liking it, but the app can be kind of annoying. And sometimes I will tell her to start cleaning the house and she will start mapping the house instead. I'm not sure. I don't like how it will get stuck and then I go to restart it in the app and it won't let me. I have to send it all the way back to the station and it will have to start all over. It has definitely made my life a little easier, but it has its cons as well.

How do you "name" or designate rooms, so you can trek it to focus on certain areas? For example "clean the kitchen"?

I haven’t figured that part out yet. I actually tired telling it to do that the other day and it said they couldn’t find that area. I’m going to keep looking into it.

@@roberthiday3342 So I was able to go into the mapping and click on edit. You can then click on the number and choose what area of the house it is. But in my case I have 2 numbers for the kitchen 2 for the dining, and 2 for the living room. So it says kitchen 1, kitchen 2, and so on.... I just went over and told her to clean living room 1 and living room 2 and she is doing it!! Hope this makes sense..haha!

@@WendiLee yes, it does. Mine is acting similarly, but it seems awfully clunky. I’m going to try to do a new map and start over.

I've just been using water but recently added a little spic and span to it the other day... Not sure I really see a difference but maybe it's killing more germs..haha!

Do you have to remove those mapping pads when you run it in vacuum mode?

I can only talk about the X1 but the T20 should be the same. What you dont want to do is spread the dirt to the part he drives on like you did by cleaning and only clean the back part. Btw you have a drying option right ? Than use it. By the X1 when you increse the drying time from 2h to 3h it drys the mops and the station compleatly dry ! The heat kills anything and drys it so there are no problems with it at all. The review: not suprised the X1 is better in almost evrithing but the moping is better on the T20.

I'm kind of on the fence..I definitely like the convenience of it but the vacuum part of it isn't the best. There are spots that are left behind and it doesn't even look like it vacuumed at all! I do like the mopping part the best, it keeps my floors much cleaner than before.. I just don't have time to do them myself. For the money though, I definitely think it should do a better job at vacuuming and the app can be a little glitchy at times too.
