I have bought this product in 2021. It worked fine for few months but then started creating problems. It is Chinese products and work for few months. Their after sale support is scam. They have taken my product 4 months back charged 18K rs but i am yet to get the product

If only the mop pads lifted so it could switch between mopping and vacuuming. Now req constant human intervention…. Absolute FAIL. Who approved the top model with all these levels of automation to then allow this MASSIVE oversight in design.
