Rap music and especially Eminem stopped my panic attacks. When I would focus on the words and try to figure out what rappers were saying, my anxiety brain would shut off. Until then, nothing else helped.

what's weird about stuttering is that a lot of times people with a stutter can still sing without it. i've heard it uses a different part of the brain than speaking.
