Crispy Croissants and at the same time budgetary ones can be prepared easily and faster than required according to the classic recipe❗ We will not add eggs and butter to the yeast dough, and much less of it is required for the layer, this ☝️ justifies an economical baking recipe. Croissants are not so fatty, but still crispy, flaky, with a porous soft crumb. The croissant dough is not very sweet (you can add more sugar if you want), but we compensate for the sweetness with a sweet filling and powdered sugar. The filling can be ☝️ any: jam, chocolate, boiled condensed milk and not even sweet. ❗ I have additionally indicated the baking temperature and time for the electric and gas ovens at the bottom 👇, there you will also find ingredients not only in grams, but also in spoons and glasses. water - 200 ml = 1 glass *
milk - 100 ml = 0.5 cups *
sugar - 15 g = 1 tbsp
dry yeast - 7 g = 1 tsp with a slide
salt - 3 g = 0.5 tsp without slide
flour - 450-500 g = 3.5 cups *
vegetable oil - 15 ml = 1 tbsp.
✅Player:
butter - 90-100 g = half the package
✅For lubrication:
yolk - 18 g = 1 pc.
milk - 2.5 ml = 0.5 tsp
✅Filling:
chocolate - 100 g = 1 bar
For filing:
icing sugar - 25 g = 1 tbsp
In an electric oven: 200C - 10 minutes + 180C - 20-25 minutes.
In a gas oven: 220C - 10 minutes + 200C - 20-25 minutes.
