At 45 my 125-ish pound 5 foot 7-inch azz did 150 pound 1-arm deadlifts for 5 reps and still have a hole next to my bellybutton. Not big enough to have needed to rush myself to the emergency room for doing and I didn't feel pain but sensed something was wrong is why I stopped not that I couldn't have done at least 1 more rep. Had a bulge when bending over to tie my shoes for at least a few days but I wasn't counting. I stacked my 45 pound dumbbell on my 45 pound dumbbell on my 30 on my 30. My son is 12 and been coming to work with me since he was 3, driving quads pulling trees out of forests for me, he can drive almost any tractor, big amd small, he can drive and operate road sweepers, side arms, flails, any tractor mower, and he can climb trees with rope and harness and use various rigs as good as most arborists. Kids should be out in the real world not just on games all day every day. I didn't have the best start to life, didn't have a dad, went off the rails and only went back to college after my oldest (12 year old) son was born, to do tree climbing, tree surgery courses etc. It's good to spend time, set targets and achieving goals with your children and set them up for the future, sports, work, whatever.
