The Song:
"Baby Hold On" is a song recorded by American rock singer Eddie Money. It was written by Money and guitarist Jimmy Lyon and released in 1977 as the first single from Money's debut album Eddie Money. The Money Man, like many I grew up listening to Eddie Money and had the absolute please to see him in concert multiple times including late in his career, loved his sense of humor.
"Baby Hold On" is written in the key of D for those not into theory (D, E, F#, G, A, B, C#) and the tune revolves around a small phrase of A, A#, D throughout.
The Video:
My methodology is recording all the guitar tracks in Pre Sonus-Studio One, editing. mixing and mastering in the tool. I then shoot the video on my iPhone (with the lesser quality audio), export that footage to my desktop and into DaVinci Resolve where I edit the video and bring in the mixdown version that I recorded in Studio One sync the new audio and delete the video’s original audio.
The Equipment:
The equipment I used on this video was a 2018 Gibson Les Paul Classic with P-90's (Bullion Gold) played through a Fractal Audio FXIII directly into PreSonus Studio One.
