What I enjoy a lot with you, aside from the editing knowledge, is how you pick up the story and breaks it down with us viewers!

I’m just gonna put in some theories I’ve heard connecting to this -The train is the train from Magic Island mv -The animals that are connected to the boys are actually seen in the trailers introducing the boys way back then -That devil may be the cat that you see in certain mv’s (the eternally mv for example you see it once Yeonjun sees his dead body) - The cat is definitely attached to Yeonjun some way (Nap of the Star, Eternally - when we get to Taehyun’s vision, he sees Yeonjun dead with his throat slit… jeez he died twice in one video - and I think Magic Island when the boys are in the train) - The music videos are not in order (it may be obvious but I’ll put it down anyways… a lot of people when telling a story using something other than their voice or writing usually doesn’t post it in order, take The Backrooms or FNAF for example) - The Star Seekers (their manhwa) may be connected to the story just a little bit (back to the cat with Yeonjun, that cat actually connects with the character that is Yeonjun’s persona) - Taehyun has probably seen things he wasn’t supposed to see - Beomgyu has probably heard things he wasn’t supposed to hear - Hueningkai may be innocent in all of this - The members may betray each other, or maybe trying to save each other (Can’t you see me - Beomgyu suffocating Taehyun under a blanket) - A lot of people speculate Beomgyu isn’t as good as he may be - The boys might actually be dead and Yeonjun is the only one alive (0x1=Lovesong) - Lo$er x L♡ver and 0x1=Lovesong might be first in the timeline with the boys, then comes Run Away where things are starting to take a downfall - Yeonjun may be the cause of the boys death, and the cat taunts him for that - Going back to Hueningkai being innocent, in the cysm mv one of the scene’s are the boys together inside a room of the house, but Kai is the only one outside the door, someone speculated that it’s because those boys have done something bad or wrong, so Kai being outside the door may be telling us that he has little or nothing to do with the actions or secrets the boys have done or kept (I say little to do because I can’t remember if Kai was partially in the door frame, or if he was outside) And here are some questions to ask - What was Beomgyu trying to keep away and who was the person he was trying to keep it away from? (Eternally - Beomgyu’s Vision) - Why is the cat so connected to Yeonjun? Why does it want the boys to suffer? - Who was the girl in the Eternally music video, and what do her words mean on the window? (I saw in someone’s theory that it might be connected to this mv) - Why is Hueningkai the only one who might have been left out on all the secrets that the boys have, or all the bad things they may have done? Well that’s all I have, these are just theories and stuff a I’ve heard from others (keep in mind these may be people’s opinions and may not be true to the actual story, but that’s what theories are! They may not always come true, but they may help us get closer to the truth.) also questions are questions that I came up with (but may also be questions others have come up with too so I won’t take credit for any of this! Also I’ll add more theories and questions once I get more information. ♥︎

The choreography in this is lit. Unexpected, minimalistic, esthetic but powerful and matches the sound and story perfectly. Such a great work.

some important things in this album- victims of the devil by the window who lures them into endless fantasies which distract them from their goal. the magic island is the neverland young people facing temptation The devil is the odd-eyed cat Devil by the window- fighting the cat Hangman's tree, Mermaid lagoon, and the misty mountains,Yggdrasil (references) the train is called promise and has the number 304 Yeonjun is the first one to get tempted and drags Taehyun with him Lost boys in neverland glitter gives the ability to fly- fairy dust Devil is a liar Butterflies show their actual colors(they change their colour) the tinkling of bells is the language of fairies Tinkling turns into noise ( tinnitus) The dream is a Lie. Even if the dream felt good, losing yourself in an illusion can become a nightmare that won't let you escape paradise is full of lies because it is based on broken promises peter pan- wendy leaves neverland just like the boys Soobin is the praying mantis, Yeonjun is the caterpillar and pink flower, Beomgyu is a butterfly, Terry is a bird, and Kai is a gecko

This is my theorie but I think: - Beomgyu didn't fall for the temptation cuz he was running from the butterflies since the begining - Soobin with the water is basen oof the story of the girl who loved herself so much that when she looked at her reflection in the water she jumped I think that's the story Soobin wants to tell :)

Oh my word I’m losing my mind because I *never* noticed the praying mantis or caterpillar before, BUT!! THAT IS HUGELY IMPORTANT BECAUSE-in TXT’s pre-debut Questioning Films, each member had representative animals, flowers, shapes, Morse code, and body parts (eye, shoulder, heart, etc.) Guess what animals are in their Questioning Films? Soobin - Praying Mantis Yeonjun - Caterpillar Beomgyu - Butterfly Taehyun - Bird Huening Kai - Gecko If Bookish Theories already touched on this oops I completely missed it but wow I love TXT’s concept team???? most important thing to know when watching txt mvs is to understand the theories and lores from past mvs and also the storyline in it as it all connects together like a movie

BOOKISH THEORIES YEAAAAAAAAAA I've been a fan of her since like 2020. She deserves more attention for her kpop theories that she makes 3 days prior to the music video release. She is insane.

WAIT THIS GAVE ME AN IDEA: uk u said that Taehyun landed safely while Soobin drown, it could be all becoz of the cat aka the devil that’s tempting them. Taehyun’s levitating but the cat could have possessed him in the form of the eagle ( we see it diving towards Taehyun, remember the cat can transform aka shapeshift, like turning into a dragon, so maybe an eagle too? It doesn’t want Taehyun suspecting since he’s like the detective of the group, he’s Morse code was ‘clue’) while he was doing so as he was away from everyone. As everyone started getting tempted in the so called ‘Neverland’ and paradise of the island ( Yeonjun with that honey like substance, Beomgyu with water, Kai with the trees, Beomgyu with the butterflies) the cat gets hold of Taehyun to stop him from ruining the whole devil plan, which is why we see Taehyun leading the others supposedly out of the island to the boat when it really is just the cat, leading them to the bad side while the real Taehyun is trapped on the island. Kai looking back before they left signifies how he isn’t the real Kai either. We always see Kai looking back in trailers, mvs and so on, but that is NOT the real Kai. The real Kai, if u look at frost mv, is trapped in the mirror maze ( when the fake Kai jumped through the glass mirror, shattering it, we see the real Kai with angel wings in the reflection of a broken glass piece) the cat could have transformed into Kai to chase and hunt him down, just like frost, trapping him away from his friends. Kai was always the support of the members, especially Yeonjun( we see him comforting and helping Yeonjun a lot, and in nap of a star mv he’s the one that found Yeonjun first and helped him and the others reunite together) so in a sense Kai is the one that keeps the whole group together, which might be the reason why the cat comes for him first to break apart the group slowly one by one. We see the fake kai has mechanical wings instead of real ones, like he’s faking and trying to not expose his real identity and it’s all due to the cat. The cat has already got to Beomgyu, somehow possessing him in a sense ( can’t you see me mv where he tried to strangle and suffocate Taehyun under the blankets) Beomgyu was always seen being closest with Taehyun ( blue hour mv they were together on the tree, can’t you see me mv they were together too, eternity trailer they were together as well and many more) so why would he want to kill his best friend? Because of the cat, after he suffocated Taehyun we see him return to his senses and having a look of confusion like he wasn’t aware of what he had just done. The ending of blue hour mv showed Beomgyu alone on the tree, maybe that’s foreshadowing how the cat was going to get to each member one by one until only Beomgyu was left. Beomgyu seem special in a sense like the cat didn’t want to possess him entirely, or trap him. It was always short. As if there’s something the cat wants to know or wants Beomgyu to do. He’s also the one holding the mystery book and fighting with a particular person in eternally mv ( could be either Kai or Taehyun judging from the outfit but most likely Kai since that person had a bulky build. Ofc fake Kai, aka the cat, wanting to obtain that particular book.) another reason why the cat took kai first was probably because he was Yeonjun’s comfort, and Yeonjun is the whole reason the cat is after them in the first place. Yeonjun was always the one dying in mvs, dances, performances, but he always comes back as if nothing happened. The whole fate of TXt lies in his hands, the cat would want to get to him the most, getting the others are just clearing the path for the cat to finally confront Yeonjun. In ox1 love song Japanese version, we see Taehyun gone ( ending where only his uniform was left) foreshadowing that he would be the next target. Taehyun was doing his best to figure out what was happening to the point he even wore Kai’s fake wings in an attempt to understand more ( he has powers as seen in the web toon to borrow others magic) there’s another theory about Taehyun and Beomgyu in can’t you see me mv, which is Beomgyu wasn’t possessed by the cat yet but he, upon seeing the others’ odd behaviours ( Soobin especially in the mv) starts realising what’s going on ( he’s also the first person to actually understand what is happening) and that a devil is behind everything, and he knows Taehyun is trying to figure things out and by doing so the devil would come for him, hence Beomgyu wanted to protect his best friend. He covered Taehyun with the blanket to protect him and prevent him from encountering something bad aka the ‘devil by the window’ we see the shot zoom out the window as if it’s from someone’s POV outside the window staring at Beomgyu supposedly ‘killing’ Taehyun when he is not, instead he’s trying to show the image of him hurting his friend to trick the devil. The lights turned red during that scene, many people said it’s blood and killing, but I personally think it represents danger, and Beomgyu knows, so he’s covering Taehyun *FROM* the danger to give his best friend more time to figure everything out since Beomgyu knows Taehyun’s the only one who can do it. The look he gave the camera was like staring into someone’s eyes, and he’s expression wasn’t like ‘ oh yay I killed my friend’ but more alert and cautious about the ‘devil by the window’ which might also explain why he stays close to Taehyun throughout a lot of the mvs and vids as he wants to watch out for him and protect him just in case the cat tries to interfere, unfortunately the cat figures it out and when they were lured onto magic island aka the island in srr mv, it makes butterflies attack Beomgyu, driving him further away from Taehyun, giving the devil a chance to eliminate Taehyun. The whole Neverland thing is just a nightmare disguised as a daydream, I personally would like to follow this theory more lol SOOO LONG 😭

I love txt mvs they just feel so different from others like every single thing in their mvs is meant to be there and the story behind them are crazyy i also love how even in their first mv even to its more simple it has such cool stories behind😊

I'm absolutely blown away watching this video. When I first saw the MV, I just assumed it was a "typical" Kpop MV of dancing and visual shots. I had no idea that there was anything resembling a story in the MV, but Jordan's walkthrough makes everything so clear, I can't believe I missed it in the first place. Awesome job!

near the end when they sing "nappa neon liar naege neo mwol han geoya sugar" it translates to "You're bad, liar, what did you do to me, sugar" and "nappeun geon naya al-a mosdoen desire sugar" to "It's me who's bad, I know, naughty desire sugar" just thought it'd be interesting to mention because it fits with what you were saying about how the devil lied and the desires turned bad.

The thing is, Taehyun not falling, but landing safely and not being affected by temptation, the same way as the other members, is also intentional. It tells us, about each characters role in the story, in more detail

Ive seen this mv sooo many times (both for enjoyment but also to break things down and find hidden meanings) AND STILL Jordan picked up and mentioned things i did not (the water drop on the white flower with soobin for example). Im also really glad he watch Bookish Theories videos to get an contextual understanding of this concept, coz it does really help 😆 ALSO, omg, Jordans edit ver was sooooo cool!!

My interpretation was that taehyun was the last of the group to fully immerse himself in his temptation and he was sort of encouraged by the rest to do so (i got this from the choreo of when they're all dragging him). Once the rest of the group starts to realize how damaging their temptations are after lengthened exposure, and that one by one they're getting trapped within the temptaion, they're able to warn taehyun before it gets too bad for him-hence huening kai's "get away." I think this is why taehyun was able to land safely while the others had a much harder time while trying to get away.

the explanation is on point, and the fact that the last song of the album is "farewell, neverland" everything is connecting, the album's concept is so incredible

lore wise taehuyn is the most perceptive so him landing softly while soobin ends up almost drowning makes sense, he realizes that the temptation is harmful and therefore breaks away from it before it can hurt him while soobin falls into it and ends up getting hurt by it
