For Electric Callboy there are no genre bounderies. The float between Metal, EDM oder whatever. Their style is electronic core , sometimes called partycore.

I love your personality, but I think there is still you have to know. Electric Callboys music, generally speaking, is Metalcore or often called Partycore! They mix different styles into their music like EDM (as you said), Tekkno an mainstream pop. They Are high energetic and their concerts are insane!!! I have the feeling that your statement that you are a 'Babymetal fan' doesn't fit with what you said in the video. I come from the EC corner and over the last few days I've seen passionate Babymetal fans in the comments who gave me the impression that the girls usually do exactly what they did with Electric Callboy: mixing genres, braking barriers, making music to make people have fun and put a smile on their faces. And obviously they're not called BabyMETAL for nothing, the fact that they rarely scream or growl doesn't make them any less of a metal band. As does the fact that EC uses EDM and Techno elements in their tracks doesn't make them less of a Metal/Metalcore band. And FYI: EC has 6 members - the band in the MV. And they are NOT EDM. You give the vibe of what the metal scene calls a 'gatekeeper', someone who will strictly stick to what he/she likes and will not accept anything that will divide from his preconceived notion - those people aren't very liked. You seem unaware of the fact, that you essentially dissed the band you're supposedly a fan of in that you said 'they never sound like that' and disregarded their partners, which they choose to play with. You devalue both bands and their decade long struggle to be taken serious in the metal community with such thoughtlessness. I think you should research the history of Babymetal (and Electric Callboy for that matter) before make any such statements. So, please adjust your outlook Greetings
