Malala Yousafzai is a Pakistani activist for female education and the youngest Nobel Prize laureate. She is known for human rights advocacy, especially the education of Women and children in her native Seat Valley in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, northwest Pakistan, where the local Taliban had at times banned girls from attending school. Her advocacy has grown into an international movement, and according to former Pakistani Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, she has become "the most prominent citizen" of the country.

I completed reading her book a few months ago. I was almost in tears after hearing her struggles. "The Tailban can snatch our pens and books but cannot stop our minds from thinking." Or, Her father saying, "In this world, there are many fathers known for their sons' work, but I am one of the few fathers who are known for their daughters' work." Or, "One child, one teacher one book and one pen can change the world." These quotes changed my opinion of education. And I started to value education way more than before.
