ಜಾಗೃತ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದ್ದ 'ಮರಳಿ ಸಂವಿಧಾನದೆಡೆಗೆ' ಎಂಬ ಸಂವಾದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಜಿ ಐಎಎಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ, ನೂತನ ಸಂಸದ ಸಸಿಕಾಂತ್ ಸೆಂಥಿಲ್ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.
