He does NOT like snakes (vacuum cleaner) at all, and for a moment, when introduced to a plumbing tube he now plays in regularly, he was pretty sure that it was a "bad thing". The sound he's making is that of displeasure, in case you aren't getting it.

Indeed ... it's a terrifying sound! You should have heard him full-bore when I brought the vacuum cleaner out. Silly, careless me. Wish I had that recorded, but I'm not gonna torture the poor dufus just to get a crazy sound.
