Why companies go for rental offices, state govts ready to provide lands. company builds office and interiors. This applies for big companies. For 10 to 20 employee companies 2bhk and 3 bhk enough. Indian MN like tcs, infy builds it's own building.

Definitely you are correct, bigger companies would prefer to build their own offices rather than moving into a co working space. Thats why the concept of managed office space (a type of flexible space leasing) is gaining more relevance where larger companies generally procure an office as per their own specifications for a longer lease period to outsource the services. Since Larger players like TCS prefer to own their own space, they opt for services of companies like EFC to do the designing arrangement & supply furniture among others given their expertise (visible from their ability to build co-working office space) In a nut shell, diversified players like EFC who provide co-working space lease, managed office space lease, designing, fit out & furniture leasing will benefit from the trend.

@@dhruvbajaj7865 I am still wonder why companies like Accenture get rental offices rather than own building. 7 to 8 years rent enough to get own office. Coming to tcs, opt servics from companies like EFC, Tcs internal policies play major role. Most of tcs office seats and furniture supplied by godrej interiors. Why? Because of some Parsi group lobbying. In Tata significant Parsi, leftism groups play role. Last 10 years Tamil group enter. See tata chairman is tamilan, he promoted last tamilan ceo of tcs and recent change also bring tamilan. I know, I departed from office rental topic.
