Does companies negotiate in billing with Hospital?

Hi, with network hospitals the insurance cos have pre negotiated rates which are better than ones available to regular customers. These are typically done while onboarding the hospital and negotiated yearly.

Yes true, I have been in touch with a brokerage Advisor. With an initial starting reserve of $80k, my advisor chooses the entry and exit commands for my portfolio, which has grown to approximately $550k.
