i know, and I dont even really know who the dude is, im just a noob getting free advice. In the past you probably had to buy 12 set dvd's for 2000$ and I bet for the serious guys out there it was worth it. just crazy to get daily tips and opinions/experiences from true legends. there is no excuse to go out and conquer

Good video topic. Arnold was big on drop sets, as I recall. He called it 'running the rack' up and then down, though, or with barbells, the 'stripping method'. Please do a video on rest/pause training next, when you get a chance. I think Mike Mentzer liked about a four-second pause.

I ironically feel more fatigue if I rest for more than 1 min between sets. Only time I rest for more than that is when I switching to a different workout. But I feel like once I start the sets, I get into a rhythm of it. If I break the rhythm I loose focus and momentum.

I do drop sets always as a round 2 kinda thing, where I go through all my exercises till failure for that day, and afterwards, its dropsets to really fuck me up^^

I do the drop sets on somedays, towards the end of my workouts, cause I'm so spent on my sets, n reps, to ad the drop sets in at the end ,well that's icing on the cake ! 💪💯 #CutlerNation

This is pretty much what I do. 10-15 sets per body part 4-5 exercises and on my final set of each exercise I aim for 8-10 reps till failure then immediately do a drop set to failure again. Works pretty well for me

I’ve only been going to the gym about a year, but for machines I tend to up the weight on sets1/2 or 1,2,3, then drop back to the middle weight for last set. Lmk if I’m wrong lol

I do 1-2 sets per exercise. 4-5 exercises per workout. Low sets, and low amount of exercises but with intensity and a high rep range to failure.

As a low volume trainer ive got my friend (plead gotd to become my gf) and brah even on an equipments are explicitely arent designated for dropsets (not only smith machine but also regular squats for instance though it depends on my mood), always 1 working set, so e.g start with 4 plates on smith squats after failure and 1 assisted 3 plate then down to 1 and sissy squats, tho

I count the drop set as a set of my total number of sets. So, 3 sets with a drop set on the third, I'll count that as 4 sets. In my totally amateur gym bro mind, that makes sense 😂

Even 9-12 sets per body part is insane! What a waste of time in the gym for someone. Unless you are on the juice, don't do that many sets. Do maybe 6 sets per body part and do them intensely.
