Dawn Morse of Core Elements Training demonstrates Effleurage massage techniques to the front of the leg.
Effleurage massage is an excellent introductory massage technique for both sports massage and therapeutic massage and is a useful way to warm the muscle tissue for heavier pressure that may follow within the treatment.
These are examples of the techniques covered in Core Elements accredited, Level 3 #Sports #Massage Diploma, which is available as a face to face, and bended learning course, at our training centre in Swindon, Wiltshire (UK).
Core Elements Training delivers a range of accredited Sports Massage and Sports Therapy based qualifications and short courses.
*All courses are available as face to face delivery at our training centre in Swindon, Wiltshire and a selection of CPD courses are available as Live Online delivery, such as #Dry #Cupping and #Kinesilogy #Taping, and some courses are available fully online, such as #Clinical #Yoga and The Science of Stretching.

Does less oil and lotion create more friction
@CoreElementsTraining
@CoreElementsTraining 9 ай бұрын
Yes less medium equals more friction and vice versa. But you’ll also need more medium if there is more body hair, as the hair absorbs it. Hope this helps

Glad the video was helpful. Dry cupping is more for reducing muscular skeletal related tension, so I doubt it would be helpful for this type of condition, sorry.
