Effortless Living: Benefits of Tai Chi [How Tai Chi Can Help you Live a Better Life] Learn the benefits of Tai Chi, What is Tai Chi, and how the slow, soft martial art and moving meditation of Tai Chi can teach you to live life more effortlessly. Thank you! Blake is a wonderful addition to the podcast. It is great for me to have someone with fresh eyes who doesn't have a background in Tai Chi or Qigong. Wow Susan your so insightful. I've done different types of tai chi and the one I am doing now is the Taoist tai chi 108 forms. One thing I've learnt is to relax into it and feel...I forgot about the chemical side of it and how it effects the nervous system. Quite simply it gives me joy..😊 keep doing the podcast I love them.
