Thank you for this Sharon. I’ve been struggling with adrenal fatigue that’s been pretty bad for months now - and earlier in my life as well. I cried so much during the second part I couldn’t even say the words. I couldn’t believe how you were describing my life and childhood. It’s so hard trying to heal when one is setup almost from birth to be battered so severely that there’s no way out - my birth chart has a level of difficulty that is described as “deadly difficulty” and a lifelong struggle to find physical and emotional balance. As you said - never got help when I needed it as younger person and I know I would have bounced back if I had. Grateful for this video now. I will try and go through the compassion work a third time and hope I can stop wailing long enough to say the words to myself. Thank you for this - if the only thing I can do is let go of this pain before life is over (I really don’t have a lot of hope things will ever improve for long, too much struggle will do that to most people I guess!) - I hope to go in peace from this life knowing I will never have to come back and live through this again. Thank you for this and your anxiety from noise video (misophonia and hyperacusis). For me I realised I panic around people being loud because - like you said - no one ever helped me when I needed it and some even vindictively made noise when I was unwell to deliberately hurt me. I will tap on both and ask the universe for a miracle so I can release this!
