Thank you. This is the first video I've found that addresses waking up rather than not getting to sleep. It's a wonder I sleep at all. I have all of those emotions!?!

Hello 💜 I had stiffness in my jaw and it was around 6 after I did the tapping for few days my pain went up ... I felt more pain and I even had infections in the area... I realized that I had stored so much anger in my jaw and i couldn't even let it out and scream I felt like something is stopping me ... Even though I'm going to trust the process and keep tapping until I free myself completely.... This is my journey for now I'm gonna update when I get better ...thank you 💜

While this is an excellent video it is not designed/able to be a complete solutions...you may need more. This is likely the result of a pattern from your childhood. This video will give you some clarity...and a way to actually measure.kzfaq.info/get/bejne/d7x_dqaZvNu8mIE.html

Thanks for the video. I feel extremely frustrated with the pain that doesn’t let me sleep or barely exist. I feel frustration in my throat and around my neck. God help us all. I’m frustration because I’m so freaking stubborn and have this weird subconscious need to punish myself.

Being in the hospital is super stressful....and may have triggered childhood patterns for you...which caused you to begin biting again as your only "defense". let me know how you get along with this.

I worked in a podiatry office for years and witnessed 1,000 or more patients over that time with ingrown toenails. Numb the toe, cut out the nail, put some sort of creme on it and wrap it up. What must those toes and nails thought? One man came in and all 10 toenails were ingrown. Wish I knew then what you just shared now. Love your videos.

Yes, so many of those folks wouldn't have needed that extreme (cutting) treatment. I appreciate you for taking the time to leave me this great comment!

Hi Sharon, do you have a ho’oponopono tapping specially for body hatred? I know you have other videos on the topic but was curious if you had anything ho’oponopono-related. I know I can just insert the topic I’m working on so it’s not a big deal, just more curious than anything. Thank you! ❤
