INGREDIENTS
Boiled and diced eggs - 5
Sprinkle salt and garam masala powder
FOR BATTER
All purpose flour - 6 tablespoon
Corn flour - 4 tablespoon
Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
Egg white of an egg
Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt as required
Garam masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Add water and mix to a thick consistency
For sauce
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Chopped ginger - 2 teaspoon
Chopped garlic - 1 teaspoon
Sliced green chilies - 5 to 6
Curry leaves - few
Red chili sauce - 1 tablespoon
Green chili sauce - 1 teaspoon
Tomato ketchup/sauce - 1 tablespoon
Soya sauce - 1/2 teaspoon
Yogurt - 2 teaspoon
Red food color - optional
Salt as required
Garam masala powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Chopped coriander leaves and spring onion
