You have put your heart in your cooking.One thing that really affected me was that you Broke every egg in a bowl first and then you put it in the main Bowl. This is a good precaution so that you can throw that egg if it is defective.

Makes so much sense breaking the eggs separately before adding to the holding container. They are watching for the spoiled egg. I have never done this myself. Now I have learnt.

They worry me going barefoot as there might be sharp objects or snakes or creepy crawling which can cause harm so elderly people should not put themselves at risk but I guess its what they find comfortable.

Whoa finally, someone who open and put the eggs one by one, that's the way a should be done, my father teach me this when I was little, this is in case one of the eggs is bad you don't damage the already open ones, when eggs get pick every day and 100's of eggs are left behind on hide spots each day without being seen until found when does happen you buy fresh but when open has been with veins blood some watery eggs are bad too the taste smell bad.

Mother and daughter are very skilled in handling the cutlery this is part of their culture. Can you imagined that they used the knife in that manner( what is the name? Is it a machete type tool?) to cut up the veggies. The cabbage looks like it was grated. They know what they are doing. I love how they are so clean. If I was living there they can cook for me every day. I know that whatever they prepare have to be good. Cooking out in the open and on wood. That's the best form of cooking. The food even taste better. I sure will try this recipe. Keep up the good job ladies.

I am sure u have lots of experience with Wood cooking,u from Africa?I'm Jamaican & the food dies taste better when you using the right smoke free wood,but bwoy it makes u pot black,u can definitely pot a little of the ash from the burnt wood with water & then wash off after.come to think of it the wood fire days were hard but the food was better than now that I've grown & more experienced I've definitely realized it...good job to the ladies.
