Pirao: gravy made from fish broth and cassava flour. (Sorry about the spelling.) I looked it up to see what is delicious. I don't know if they use cassava in Sri Lanka, but if they do, she may have a similar recipe.

No doubt the recipe is interesting and nice. But, one must note that she adds in a lot of salt and pepper powder I believe. Would the taste not be overpowered with salt and pepper, I guess. I might be wrong here, she should know the measurement quite well, cooking this dish over the years. But, it seems like the taste would come out very salty and peppery in my opinion. Anyway, l like watching village life recipe videos. I have learnt much seeing this lady do her stuff.
