Ingredients:
4 Eggs
1 Cup Rice
22 Garlic Cloves
4-5 Green Chillies
2-3 Spring Onions, chopped
1 tbsp Black Pepper
1/4th tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt
3-4 tbsp Oil
साहित्य:
४ अंडी
१ कप तांदूळ
२२ लसूण पाकळ्या
४-५ हिरव्या मिरच्या
२-३ पातीच्या कांद्याची पात
१ tbsp काळं मिरी
१/४ tsp हळद
मीठ
३-४ tbsp तेल
Method:
- First make an omelette using eggs, turmeric, black pepper & salt. Keep the omelette aside to cool down.
- In a pan, heat some oil. Add garlic, green chillies, black pepper powder, spring onion & salt. Mix everything well.
- Then add the rice and again mix well.
- Chop the omelette into small pieces and add them to the rice. Mix everything well. Cover it with a lid and let everything cook for 5 mins.
- Egg Fried Rice is ready!
